Why do people who believe it's a hoax, doubt that the technology exists to launch an object beyond earth orbit?

This is what will happen:

Nasa haters:
Clearly proves it's Earth and Nasa are faking it AGAIN

Nasa lovers:
A mouse got on the rover and survived its ride to Mars

Coocoos:
It's a martian rat. Could this prove there's life on Mars?

Critics:
The mouse/rat is too accurate to be random so it's very possible this is on Earth.

About Mars I can't say much because I've not seen any strong evidence it's faked and I've not seen any falsifiable evidence it's real. I know how easy it is to fake nowadays but that doesn't mean it's faked. My common sense tells me it's Earth but my passion wants it to be real. But that's just me.

I haven't seen anything to suggest any of the images are even from Mars, simply because I don't know what to believe due to places like Devon Island, Canada.

I would've thought the mouse image was faked. But since it's from NASA, it creates further confusion.
