We are writing to you as we have been paying £3.50 each month we believe for advertising on your website however we would like to proceed with cancelling this payment and remove the advertisement however every time we click on the cancel button on the manage the advertisement section of our page it just doesn't do anything or respond in any way. Please can this be looked into as we have been unsure as to how to proceed as you have no contact details on your pages.
