W-Salam,
Your question makes no sense.
Islamic Knowledge is not a Degree or a diploma which you pursue in order of Academic excellence. You acquire Islamic Knowledge to please Allah (SWT) and to become a Servant of Allah (SWT), you don’t keep on piling information!
You need to evaluate your life and figure what is Fardh (obligation) upon YOU and start gaining that knowledge from any Authentic Ulama, you don’t need to go to the Best Alim in the World to learn Salah, you just need to make sure that you learn your Salah (properly).
If you have no Business in Islamic Banking there is no reason for you to stick your nose into it and meddle into matters in which Ulama differ.
Mufti Abu Bilal has an opinion and he has the right to have an opinion as a “Mufti”. YOU are a layman (in your right) so you can simply choose to make Taqleed and not an expert on anything.
Accept that you are a Layman, make Taqleed and that will be good Insha'Allah
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
