Is it ok to avail services of a salon which is run by shia? The female artist is shia. Is it ok if you go there or she comes? As they have mobile services too. Thanks
And is it ok if u get services at English salon? Where mostly are Christians?
I can't say anything about Shia salons, but regarding Christians it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to expose her beauty in front of a non Muslim woman. She should cover her entire body apart from face and hands. And Allah ta'ala knows best.

Your understanding is correct. The awrah of a Muslim female in front of a non-Muslim female is like the awrah of a Muslim female in front of a non-mahram male meaning that only the face, hands and feet be exposed in front of non-Muslim females.[1]
