is there some wazifa or zikr that i follow and change my routine. I sleep and wakeup VERY late. i tried everything but after 2 or 3 days i go wid my previous routine. is this in y blood now or can it be changed? Plz tell me something that i wake up too early.....many thanks

Also what advices are there for somebody who finds it so hard to get up?

Go to sleep early. Before sleeping, read tasbeehaate Fatima and other adhkaar. Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi rahmatullahi alayh has mentioned through experience that the last to verses of Surah al-Kahf (18:109-110) are beneficial for waking up for Fajar.
Assalm-wa-alikum mufti sahab. I tend to be a heavy sleeper, especally when i fall asleep late. So i am usally late for alot of things, espeaclly fajr salat, and i've bought severly alarm clocks, but none of them do the job. So i was wondering if there is a dua i can use to help me wake up at a desired time. I while back i thought i heard of a dua similar to this. Do you know of any dua like this?

For a person to wake up early in order to make his/her Fajr Salaat, that
person needs to get to bed early and most importantly to read the Masnoon Du
'aas that our beloved Nabi (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) should read, i.e.
the three Quls, Aayaatul Kursi, the last two Aayaats of Surah Baqarah, and
then make intention to get up for Fajr. Also, you need to keep the alarm
clock away from you so when it rings you must get out of bed to put if off.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
