We discussed about your interviews and would like to offer a 3 months internship position to begin with. Post that we may make it a permanent position based on the availability at that point and your performance.
The compensation for this period would be Rs.xxxx . Please let me know if you are OK with this and we can take it forward.

I replied them with the message written below.
Yes I am okay with it. So when would I have to join and would you provide any travel allowances?
They replied :

We would like you to start as early as possible for you. We can provide a one way train third A/C fare.If you successfully complete the probation, we can help your relocation better.
Now I am thiking of not going there (for whatever reason it maybe). The question is "If I don't go there and convey them, Am I breaking promise?"
