Assalam-o-Alaikum,

I stuck in a problem and performed istikhara. I would like to elaborate on different aspects and seeking a wise explanation.

I performed istikhara the sunnah way only once and suspended my desire towards the goal because i didn't wanted to be biased. After two weeks i got a sign, not in the form of a dream but a practical sign that i should go for it and i did.
Before performing istikhara i researched on its results as well. Some Ulema say that if there are barriers coming in your way then it means you should ignore that path. After having a clear sign and going further, there were barriers which arised in my way and Alhamdolillah all of them are getting clear with the passage of time.
Now i don't know whether the first sign i got was correct or the second one? in terms of going towards my goal or not?
Next, i read that someone else can also perform istikhara for you. So i asked a pious lady to perform istikhara for me. She did and replied that on the third day i saw a dream, and in the dream i saw only "White Bones".
Can someone please explain that whether its a good sign or not?
If hurdles are coming in your way and they are getting clear what does that mean?
I have read that one should perform istikhara multiple times and i did myself only once. Would that matter?
