Asalamualikum. If a person is sinning and he considers it as a sin and at the same time he tells other people not to do it, is this "nifaq" according to Quran 61:2. According to Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah can we give a fatwa of "Munafiq" on someone. A person commits a sins and gets 1 sin in his account. If the same person advises other people not to do the same sin, does he get 2 sins? Cant we give dawah of something that we are not able to do ourselves
Telling someone not to do something wrong when one does not refrain himself is not Nifaq and is not a sin. The sin itself is a sin and not the act of stopping someone from it when indulged themselves.

O.k. It's not nifaq But what about ''ya ayyuhallazina amano lima taquluna ma la taf'alun,
if I don't abstain from sins, even then I can tell other not to commit the sins ?
