My husband claims to have divorced his pregnant wife then married me but is it permissible to do so while she is pregnant?Also he wants her to stay with us for a few months although we have issues with her does Islam permit him to have her in the house if they are divorced?I am currently away in another country an he asks if he can come round clean the house and cook for him.Is this allowed please advice.
If a husband divorced a woman how can she live with him after the period of Iddah? They are no longer husband and wife if the divorce was revocable and they didn't reconcile.
