If a husband while quarrel saying to his wife, "if you unsatisfied with me,you can get the paper documents for divorce and I will sign it.I will just follow what you want." after a few minutes he said that he mentioned that he didn't mean to say that to his wife. He just want to scare his wife due to the quarrel and never had an intention to divorce his wife.
The question is, is it a valid Talaq or did the talaq took place? although he didn't say the word Talaq literally and with no firm intention to it? and can you explain what the husband and wife should do in this kind of situation.
