I want to study abroad in a course for my MBA. If I go on a student visa to Australia I would be allowed by the government to work for 20 hours in a week. However, I cannot manage my expenses and my fee in this allowed time. I can only manage my expenses if I work more than 20 hours; however employers don’t have any issues with students working more than 20 hours because they get the benefit of paying a lower wage rate on cash. One thing more to highlight, in this hand to hand cash transaction student on their salary will not pay the tax which in other case if they pay they will be refunded after some time and it is a government rule in Australia to refund the tax to students after half a year or one year. About students working extra then their allowed time Government also knows but nobody says anything perhaps because of the reason that students add up a large number of low wage labor in the country.
In this case, am I allowed to go abroad and do my studies? Also the money that I will earn while working more than 20 hours to make myself live there is Halal or not?
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
