Got no idea about the link I've posted, because they haven't placed any specific information, from which background, ethnicity, etc.

They have last names, Its just to get an idea as to which part of sub-continent their cuisine comes from.

Not sure about brother Daywalk3rs link....but the one I posted seems from south Africa. Mainly because of the way ingredients have been named. Different countries have different ways of naming certain ingredients.

im gonna try making one of her pie dishes this weekend or next.

Last Saturday night we (very) embarrassingly got lost in Bishopsgate (London) on our way to the Pie Factory (opposite LMC) ...turned up 10 mins just before they close and was told we're too late :-(

I remind my wife that its the husband's duty to provide her with the food, the more I remind her, the more she appreciates it the better the food becomes.

Alhumdulillah.

Great job and may Allah reward all you women folk for doing such a great job. And may Allah give us all the opportunity to cook something for our wives and set a good example as brother Daywalk3r is currently doing.

Keep it up akhi.

I can cook and pretty well without a problem and I do cook if the Mrs is busy for the kids etc. Its a skill which I developed for obvious reasons. I am not into foods at all i.e. going to Restaurants or seeking recipes but I cook to eat and survive!

You would have got a winner had you not said you cook to survive!

But still, MashaAllah. Well done.

(try cooking to please the wife and Allah, see the difference)
