A few days later I had a crack at making some cinnamon pretzels....



I should have made it slightly thinner because they puffed up when I warmed them in the oven.

Then I made pizza and made my own base. I was a bit creative with the base, I pasted the edge of the base with tomato sauce and cheese, then rolled the edges to make a cheesy crust. I don't have a picture for this though.

When making the base don't make the mistake that I did and add too much water otherwise it will get too sticky and you will have to add flour to 'dry' the dough. Next thing you know you will have a huge base and maybe not enough toppings!

Anyway next thing on my list is nihari. It has to be one of my favourite foods, better than piri piri chicken and pizzas. Thing is I will need some time to prepare it.
