Same with most retail outlets where they sell Haram meat and suitable for vegetarian products, most people who work in these places don't understand or care about cross contamination.

One brother I know sent a email to Greggs and the reply he got was that they can't guarantee that there won't be no contamination, therefore not guaranteeing that the product is 100% suitable for vegetarians.

Allah created language in many forms, we are free to use which ever one we can.
