Are there any restaurants/takeaways that serve halaal, locally hand-slaughtered chicken or beef?
I’m aware of the UAE halaal certification process but the issue I have is that there is no way of verifying if imported meat is actually halaal without knowing the processes of the plant/abattoir in question.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
