Question?
why there is a tashdeed ( little w) in rasul'un(indefintie) when it was converted to al-rasul'u (definite)?
if it is a rule when do we apply it?

There is tashdeed (ّ ) on the raa' (ر) because it is one of al-Huroof al-Shamsiyyah (اَلحُرُوفُ الشَّمسِيَّة), the Solar Letters. See page 19 in the PDF for Book 1 (which is completely in Arabic):
