These books are in Urdu and text of reference is in Arabic
Features of this Book
1. The original text of the matan/contents of hadith is fully vocalized (with a'araab / diacritics) to facilitate reading.
2. Every legal issue is supported by a Quranic verse, a Hadith, or a statement from a Companion (Sahabi) or a Successor (Tabi'i).
3. The nature of each source—whether it is a verse, Hadith, or statement of a Companion/sahabi or Successor/tabaee —is clearly specified to help gauge the strength or weakness of the ruling.
4. All the cited Hadiths are drawn exclusively from thirteen primary, early source hadith books.
5. While the scholarly expositions (*ibarat al-ulama*) are highly valuable, they have not been used as the basis for legal deduction in this work, given the specific scope of the subject.
6. Underlying principles are explained for most of the text to make the rulings easier to comprehend.
7. A glossary is provided to assist in understanding difficult vocabulary.
8. The book is written in an accessible style, making it useful for both students and teachers.
Note:Don't rush to debate with gair muqallid. Because they have their own principles like:
1. We are presenting hadith from Bukhari or from sihah sitta, so you ahnaf must present a hadith of the same grade. (Not necessarily)
2. We are presenting the qaul of nabi, you are presenting qaul or practice of a sahabi or tabaee. A nabi vs ummati debate. (Does that mean that sahabah or tabaeen's practices were against sunnah)
3. Mursal hadith is hujjath for ahnaf, gair muqallid scholars also agree, but layman gair muqallid argues.... don't present dhaeef hadith as reference.
Maulana Sameeruddin Saheb (HA) is one of the smartest people with the sharpest mind I have ever met in my life and on top of that Maulana (HA) is not bigoted, stuck on his opinion.
That's why he is not appreciated at large in a largely "Hazrat-Worshipping" UK.
Similar is the case with his student Marghoob Ahmed Lajpuri (HA).
This is my observation for over 20+ years and I can confidently state that Britain doesn't have many Ulama of this caliber and stature.
You just have to sit with either of them for 20 minutes and you will arrive at the same conclusion and if you don't then "Hazrat-Worshipping" has taken over heart and mind.
Another British Scholar who doesn't get his fair share of acknowledgement which he deserves is Muftī Shabbir Ṣāḥib (HA) although he gets more recognition in UK compared to the previous two.
One day, British Muslims will realize that these mountains of knowledge are gone and they are left with YouTube celebrities selling Islam for money or new-generation of "Hazrats" exploiting them in the name of Tassawuff but the grip of "Hazrat-Worhippers" on British Muslims is clearly on the decline as evident by attendances in Mosques and YouTube views.
"Hazrat-Worshippers" will fight hard to maintain their influence, financial and other benefits and try to lock their grip over British Muslims but the end is nigh, they had a good run for 40-50 years but the innings is coming to an end.
By 2030, Islam in Britain may be unrecognizable from 2015. Today, an 18-20 year old British Muslim or Muslimah has no natural inclination towards Hazrat A or Hazrat B and majority doesn't even know the traditional power brokers and power players.
The Deen of Allah and Sunnah will naturally course correct and people will arrive in the middle.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
