Features of this Book
1. The original text of the matan/contents of hadith is fully vocalized (with a'araab / diacritics) to facilitate reading.
2. Every legal issue is supported by a Quranic verse, a Hadith, or a statement from a Companion (Sahabi) or a Successor (Tabi'i).
3. The nature of each source—whether it is a verse, Hadith, or statement of a Companion/sahabi or Successor/tabaee —is clearly specified to help gauge the strength or weakness of the ruling.
4. All the cited Hadiths are drawn exclusively from thirteen primary, early source hadith books.
5. While the scholarly expositions (*ibarat al-ulama*) are highly valuable, they have not been used as the basis for legal deduction in this work, given the specific scope of the subject.
6. Underlying principles are explained for most of the text to make the rulings easier to comprehend.
7. A glossary is provided to assist in understanding difficult vocabulary.
8. The book is written in an accessible style, making it useful for both students and teachers.
Note:Don't rush to debate with gair muqallid. Because they have their own principles like:
1. We are presenting hadith from Bukhari or from sihah sitta, so you ahnaf must present a hadith of the same grade. (Not necessarily)
2. We are presenting the qaul of nabi, you are presenting qaul or practice of a sahabi or tabaee. A nabi vs ummati debate. (Does that mean that sahabah or tabaeen's practices were against sunnah)
3. Mursal hadith is hujjath for ahnaf, gair muqallid scholars also agree, but layman gair muqallid argues.... don't present dhaeef hadith as reference.
