was not seen saying the qunūt in Fajr until he left the world except for one month in which he said the qunūt supplicating against a tribe of those who associate partners with Allah; he was not seen saying qunūt before it nor after it. And Abū Bakr رضي الله عنه was not seen saying qunūt after him until he left the world.’”
