Easy dua, informative too... I think this dua will be missing in most of the ad dua books due to printing mistake.

A comprehensive Dua that Consists of all the Duas made by Rasulullah (Sallellaho Alaihe Wasallam) in his Twenty-Three Years of Prophet Hood

Hazrat Abu Umama (radhiallaho anho) reports that Rasulullah (sallallaho alaihe wasallam) made numerous duas but some of us could not remember any of these duas. We said to him: "O Nabi of Allah (sallallaho alaihe wasallam)! You have made immumerable duas but we do not remember any of them." Rasulullah (sallallaho alaihe wasallam) replied:

"Should I not show you such a comprehensive dua which includes all these duas?

Say.....

`Allahumma inni as'aluka min khairi ma sa'alaka minhu nabiyyuka Muhammadun sallallahu `alaihi wa sallam. Wa `a`udhu bika min sharri mas-ta`adha minhu nabiyyuka Muhammadun sallallahu `alaihi wa sallam. Wa Antal-Musta`anu, wa `alaikal-balaghu, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah

(O Allah, I beg to You for the good which Your Rasulullaah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam ) begged of You; and I seek refuge in You from the evil where from Your Rasulullaah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam ) sought refuge. You are the One from Whom help is sought and Your is the responsibility to communicate (the truth). There is no power or strength except with Allah the Exalted, the Great.'''

Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasoolalah (saw) said a dua made between the Adhan and Iqamah is never rejected. The Sahaba asked what dua should we make , O Rasoolalah (saw) he replied ask Allah for 'Afiyah (well being) in this world and the hereafter

Duas for protection against your enemy:
(Another very powerful dua)

Translation..O Allah, we ask You to restrain them by their necks and we seek refuge in You from their evil.

The Prophet

(صلى الله عليه وسلم)

said: "There is nothing dearer to Allah than dua." (Tirmidhi)

Dua repels Allah's Anger: The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Whoever does not ask Allah, Allah becomes angry with him." (Tirmidhi)

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: " The best form of worship is dua." (Al-Haakim)

Leaving dua is a sign of laziness:

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "The most incapable (or lazy) person is he who does not make dua." (Ibn Hibbaan)

Dua is one of the ways in which you can come closer to Allah, and He will come closer to you:

Allah says, "And when My slaves ask you concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near. I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me." (2:186)

Dua can reduce/ward off calamities:

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Qadr (predestination) cannot be overturned except by dua." (Tirmidhi)

i.e. a certain calamity may have been decreed for a person, but because of his sincerity and quality of dua, Allah will repel that misfortune from him

Dua can change and remove current calamities as well as repelling future misfortunes:

The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Caution will not be of any benefit against Qadr (predestination), but dua benefits matters that have occurred and those that are yet to occur. And indeed, dua intercepts calamities when they descend and they fight one another until the Day of Judgement." (Tabaraani)

He who has Dua will succeed
He who doesn't have Dua will not succeed
Our failures are due to weak Duas
