Dr. Shaykh Aaidh ibn Abdullah al-Qarni, born in Saudi Arabia, is an Islamic Scholar and respected author and activist. He is most well known for his self-help book 'Don't Be Sad' which is seen as the number one in its field within Islamic literature and although written by a Muslim for Muslims it is praised as being ideal for non-Muslims alike.
