What in the world are you on about Hadrat? You have made some serious allegations against me and if you not able to substantiate it then it should be considered as slander.

Brother,
This is not fair. Why don't you register on forum to give your opinion. It's neither haraam nor is makruh e tehreemi.

What I've written is the opinion of ahleilm and I think you know it.

Haraam: It's proven wujooban with daleel e Qata'i

makruh e tehreemi: It's proven wujooban with daleel e zanni

Makruh e tanzeehi: It's proven shafqatan or adaban.

I like your post apart from this little bit. It's correct somewhat, but ultimately, each individual is accountable for their own actions. Just the way the Prophet (saw) gave the example of his clan, family members including Fatima رضى الله عنها where he said he could only benefit them in the dunya with what he leaves behind from his property, the rest is down to each and every individual to pass the test of the dunya.

Wallahu alum.

Right then. Let's break this down for you.

Did Molvi Yasin not say it's these Muftis personal opinion?

What's the personal opinion based on? Their understanding of Shar'iah or their whims & desires na'oodhoobillah?

What part have I not understood? Be clear & don't skirt around the issue. I'll wait.

Answer the questions & don't divert attention

Those "Fatwas" are personal opinions of Scholars. None of the 3 "Fatwas" posted by the guest gives a Shar'ee reason why except for conditional circumstances, possibilities, location etc. [/quote]

Please speak to a scholar directly regarding this matter. It will help inshaAllah.

[quote"Yasin"]The subject varies so much from events, facilities, location, speaker and other conditions. You cannot possibly expect a general ruling for such a thing?

InshaAllah diversion free.

Found In: Sahih Bukhari Chapter No: 48, Manumission of Slaves
Hadith no: 740
Narrated: Abdullah رضي الله عنه
Allah's Apostle (saw) said, "Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges. The ruler who has authority over people, is a guardian and is responsible for them, a man is a guardian of his family and is responsible for them; a woman is a guardian of her husband's house and children and is responsible for them; a slave ('Abu) is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it; so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your charges."

I was under the impression that I'm responsible for family because of this hadis. If my wife doesn't wear the niqab/hijab or doesn't pray the salah or spend her life against the teachings of Islam I'll be held responsible on the judgement day.

Jazakallah for the Hadith. Yes we are responsible as the men of the house, that's why I said....

@Guest-207465

Buy quoting half of a sentence doesn't give justice to your claim. I've simply added the rest of what Maulana had said and highlighted what you've omitted.

I'm sure the moderator had a valid reason to withhold your post.

You're funny dude. You create the diversion by half quoting and then you demand others to stay on your path, lol.

Unfortunately your diversion was turned into a U-turn and came straight back at you. Lol.

Please adjust your seat, fasten your seat belt, check your mirrors, signal and manoeuvre when your ready. ;)
