When it comes to Barelwi teachings, I take a precautionary measure just in case it's something I might have missed and then incorrectly claim it to be a biddah.
Below is an example of one of my posts where I had to retract my comments on what we all thought was an absolute joke but in reality, there was evidence for some of the actions.
The linked article contained stories of pious predecessors and doesn't necessarily make it a part of our Deen.
