Is there a limit of how many duas you can make in Islam?

Dua's are made to Allah, so there is no limit.

How can the compilation of booklets, featuring everyday duas and the 99 Names of Allah with explanations, be practically applied to address personal challenges, illnesses, and daily needs?

A person can read the 99 Names of Allah daily and the Duas that follow in the morning or evening or both. From the blessed Names, depending on a person's need, he can recite that particular name in abundance or as specified in the text. The same can be done with the duas. A person will be rewarded for turning to Allah through these Duas and Azkaar and be blessed with serenity as Allah says in the Qur'an: Verily, with the Zikr of Allah do the hearts find rest
