Was thinking the same thing....maybe he trades in handbags for a living.

The price tag on the platinum bag is shocking, $1.9million!

Any discussion devoid of the remembrance of Allah.... is from Shaytaan...

Hasten towards Khayraat.

Just a reminder to us all of the post by the guest.

Although I started it, I would like to mention that the attitudes of women towards bags and shoes is over dramatic and should be bought down to earth again.

The need of using hand bag for students or mums or travelers is understandable; one or two or maximum of three fine bags [not necessarily be much expensive] must suffice!

keeping 8 or 10 or more just cos you love bags is what called Nafs Parasti and Madiyat Parasti. women're really gonna be the sisters of satan due to Israaf.

Im never ever going to fall for talking about handbags on the main forums again!

Honestly speaking though, you folks are right. We gotta reform and get rid of this obsession before malakal-maut arrives. It won't be cool or glamorous accounting for 1000 handbags. May Allah forgive us!

The first and last handbag I ever brough my wife is still sitting in a box under the bed unused, after nearly 8 years now!

Anyway, whats the deal with Man Bags these days??!! They're not as expensive as the womens bags (I think) but they seem to be big with the teens and the 'modern man.'

my son bought one few days ago, didn't know what to call it so I said...handbag, he said...it's called a man bag, seriously thought he was messing around, so it really is called a...man bag, don't think he's comfortable with it anyway, he wears it under his jacket where you can't see it, all zipped up....ajeeb! Who wouldve thought of the name 'man bag'.

If ever there is a thread on mans handbags then i will surely be able to give my few paisas. I certainly do have a hard corner for genuine leathers.

You should be so please with your wife, she has so much sentimental value for it that she has kept it in the same condition for so long. Otherwise it would have been used, discarded and forgotten about a very long time ago.
