What were the reasons Allah Ta'ala used the words ربطنا (We strengthened) regarding the hearts of certain individuals in the Qur'an? Ulama have said that these words 'rabata 'alal qalb' (to strengthen the heart) is used for describing one of the highest levels of Iman.

The word qalb e Saleem comes to mind, due to the seven qualities mentioned in the Quran....wouldnt know how it would relate to your question though. Just random guessing!
