I think brother Abu Mohammed chose blue to help us locate answers quickly. I don't see why we can't use either blue or green since they both fulfill the purpose and are clearly different from red (for those of us who aren't colour-blind).

Insha'Allah, whatever colour we use, we should be careful to use bold for sure since those with colour-blindness may not be able to fully see some of the colours - goes for questions and answers (red, blue and green).
