Assalaamu 'Alaykum

Thought we needed some light hearted incidents to cheer us up after some very serious, heated "discussions". So I will start with a story and expect the rest to play your part as well:

Mawlana Habib al-Rahman, the son of Mawlana Ahmad 'Ali al-Muhaddith al-Saharanpuri, happened to spend a night at an inn.
Coincidentally, a prostitute and her accomplice were residing in the same inn (and sharing the same quarter). Mawlana was lying down when the two of them began speaking amongst themselves.

She told her partner, "Wait a moment. This traveller (Mawlana) is awake."

Her partner said, "No. He is asleep."

She objected to this and they decided to test Mawlana.

Her partner shouted out to Mawlana, "O traveller!"

Mawlana: "Yes."

Partner: "Are you sleeping or are you awake?".

Mawlana: "I am sleeping."

Partner: "Then how are you speaking?"

Mawlana: "I am just murmuring in my sleep."

Incident#1
Abu Hasan relates that a man said to Hija, "I heard a loud noise coming from your house".
He replied "It was the sound of my falling shirt". The man exclaimed "The sound of your falling shirt was so loud?" He replied "When I was inside the shirt(wearing the shirt) would I not have fallen with it?"

Incident#2
Asmaee relates a Bedouin went for Hajj and entered Makka before the people. Holding on the cloth of the Kaba he said, "Oh Allah! Quickly forgive me before there is rush"

Incident#3
There was a Sufi, to who people would visit for blessings. The Qazee was in one of his gatherings when the mention of Prophet Lut was made. The Sufi insulted Prophet Lut. The people argued he is a prophet and condemned his insults. He repented and explained that he was not aware of this. Then the mention of Pharaoh was made. "What are your opinions on him?" the people asked. "I have just repented and I do not speak with reference to the prophets" he replied.
