Yes it tastes like egg, but more like boiled egg, really nice dish. Alhumdulillah.
We used to have it at home too, but they stopped selling it, I mean don't they (butchers) have brains? It was very tasty.
Tongue! no no no, just the thought of it sends a shiver down the spine, even though its halal.
Although I've probably had it as a kid and my mum never told me :-(
My favourite is chicken liver, Mmmm!
