Why do some Muslims (including scholars) think that they've got "license to misbehave" for they are busy in serving Islam? I've experienced some in real life. They are busy in serving Deen, that's good. They've to bear in mind that their services are not benefiting Allaah سبحانه وتعالى, rather they are benefiting themselves.

وَمَن جَاهَدَ فَإِنَّمَا يُجَاهِدُ لِنَفْسِهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ

And whoever strives only strives for [the benefit of] himself. Indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds. (Surah 'Ankabut; verse no. 06)

May Allaah سبحانه وتعالى teach them manners and remind them the noble Akhlaaq of Rasulullaah (saw). (I'm saying "May Allaah سبحانه وتعالى teach them......" because they seldom pay heed to naseehah coming from others.) (Slightly edited)

sis why don't You think well of Allah? If your life is in accordance to your salah don't you think thats a rahmah? kuffar don't deserve it. If you see the effect of your salah that should be sign for you as a believer, I think. why do you envy kuffar, just hate them cos of their kufr.

My own brother's deobundi Alim says, stopping oneself from acting upon a deed while thinking if one does it openly others would consider it show off, is also riya.

Respected brother,
1) at times i dont get reply from some ( not talking about religious people) on whatsapp, but it is very strange that i never ever feel angry at not receiving their reply even when they have come online..

But, few days back, feelings of rage started developing for the Mufti Sahab,!! Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Rajioon.. (Alhumdulillah Allah put that away..)

No anger for non religious people,??)

1.5) keep husne dhan, make stories.. you are good at that..

2) Shaytaan is with everyone,First, we should check our ownselves, what are we doing, ans they are our brothers/ sisters in Islaam , and Islaam teaches us brotherhood/ sisterhood.. so how can we have ill feelings for our OWN brothers?

3) Make dua for ourselves and them, dua should be made before doing Naseehah to anyone..
Make dua for everyone's hidayah..

4) Forgive and forget and feel the peace...

EDIT: Missed an important point..

السلام عليكم

Allah loves you more than your own mother does and 60 more times than that according to ahadith to the nearest meaning. Whatever thought you entertain about Allah then you will find Allah exactly like that so think good, be positive, turn to him, hope in him and rely in him. Do not despair as according to Ahadith Allah says if you come walking to me, I'll come running to you and if you come running I'll come flying to you. In another ahadith Allah comes down through the sky in the night and Allah says ask my servant whatever it is so I may grant you. I could go on as there are dozens and dozens of such ahadith, so think good of Allah and do not despair, as he forgives much more than we think, look at us in the day how many sins we commit and some of us go through our own individual struggles, but the majority when we sleep at night we don't have a care in the world whilst asleep, it's were sinless and have never committed a sin, this is the mercy of Allah. So think good.

Think positively of Allah, instead of expecting something bad to happen or for calamities to strike you, put your hope in your Lord and trust that He will be kind to you and set your affairs straight. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: "Allah says: 'I am as My slave expects Me to be, and I am with him when he supplicates (makes dua) to me.'" (Bukhari)

Secondly I'd like to mention, do not be carried away by any spiritually highs/gifts you may have, this is one of the best tools saytan uses to deceive man. You might have something, you might not have it at all, you might think you have it but you don't, in regards to dreams Mashaykh say let this not be your focus. When your involved in a tareeqah experience says these people get more dreams than anyone else, I know/heard of a brother who started talking to the Sahaba in his dreams, he went to his shaykh and told him, inside he thought also big of himself, shaykh told him off and said dont focus on these things they mean nothing, he said if you have a dream of Rasoolalah (saw) then come and tell us otherwise don't worry about these dreams, this left the brother dumbfounded for quite some time, later when speaking to a senior brother he understood that it was to keep him progressing and not make him stand there and marvel on other stuff as that's not the focus, problem starts when one starts to focus on them, rarely they have anything to do with reality but I'm not denying the ahadith here either that brothers like to use that dreams are part of nabuwwah etc, but don't make something out to be its not and that's here where people go wrong, a Maulana friend of mine had huge belief in his dreams and his spiritually high/kashf that in the end it almost turned him into a shaytan, in fact it got so bad that he thought he could send his soul on top of the 'Raudha Mubarak', I hope he's better now.

Sorry to make this long and go on a bit of a rant bit before I conclude I would just like to mention a story brother dr76 once told me ::

"Here is something interesting..

Hazrat Shaikh Bayazid Bustami رحمة الله عليه had a Mureed who gained fame that he has very high spiritual Maqam.. that he takes flight to Meraj and stuff..

People informed Hazrat Bayazid Bustami رحمة الله عليه and Hazrat رحمة الله عليه went to see him personally.. upon arrival.. he did not scold or utter any adverse remark.. just said that when u return from Meraj recite " La hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliy il azeem"

The Mureed agreed and when he returned from his high spiritual journey.. recited the above. at once he felt a jolt.. and saw himself seated on feaces and urine with nothing but stench around.. he saw that his head was now cleared and realised being decieved by shaytan.. at once He ran towards Hazrat رحمة الله عليه and did taubah..

so this is what happens bro.. when one is decieved by Shaytan.. He feels himself to be on a high Maqam and everyone else to be wrong.. "

I hope that helps, point I'm trying to make is focus on the basics and in trying to develop that. Main goal is to live on Deen and to die with emaan/faith. Don't let anything else your nafs/shaytan or an outsider enemy sidetrack you.

Walahu'Alam

والسلام

Jazakallah khair. That's super scary!

Wallahi I've got many kashf for the past 2 years, some are weird, some are "masha Allah" imaan-enhancing , some are just what I consider as "Divine feedback". If I tell some of them I'm sure you guys will recommend me to visit asylum asap. But Allah knows I'm not waliullah, otherwise I won't be negligent to my qadaa salah.

And I don't follow tareeqa. All I did was attempting to do qiyaamul layl and dhikr regularly, I was surprised. I know this elder man on the neighborhood who are diligent on his qiyam and received "kashf" and now he believes in reincarnation, audhubillah.

It's Fudhail ibn Iyadh who originally said that. There are some other classical scholars too said so, but I forgot who (Imam Nawawi? Ibn Hajar?).

Kashf can be roohani and also shaytani.

The biggest kashf is the revival of Sunnah

So lets make that our goal Insha'Ala

Whether one is in a tareeq or not does not really matter. Main thing is to die with faith.

I'm kinda confused, sister. I didn't get your point. Please try to understand me.

I just mentioned a bad aspect of some Muslims who are Alhamdulillaah knowledgeable enough to serve Islam in different ways. I didn't mention any name, any identity and stated only the problem (which I see). I don't have bad impression in my mind regarding them and I forgive whoever hurts me. But I also don't like to see this phenomenon continuing- you are hurting brother X, he forgives you; you are hurting brother Y, he forgives you. In the meantime your nafs is getting stronger. As a well-wisher it's incumbent upon brother X and Y to warn you about your bad conduct. Here comes another trouble. When brother X or Y tries to show your fault, you become furious. What does it prove? There's no other interpretation of this attitude except that you are considering yourself infallible.

Respected brother,I didnt think that you were pointing towards anyone,

Alhamdulillah, Masha Allah that you keep no bad feelings in your heart, May Allah give barakah,

When this happens we should make dua for ourselves and others akhlaaq..and for hidayah..Since we cannot help them by naseehah..

Pardon me, its good that you clarified and shared this so that we can check ourselves..I didnt understant the hikmah before, sorry...
Sorry again for anything wrong i said..
