Rayyan Institute offering 19 free courses as part of its Foundations Program for beginners. Insha'allah, I would recommend people take advantage of this opportunity.
All the courses are for beginners. The idea is to get the basic overall education of the deen in order to assist in further (more advanced) study. May Allah make it a success. Ameen.
they have the money and they are willing to spend it. i dont like this kind of extravagance, but many people get attracted to it. deobandis need to up there game, and will only have themselves to blame if a large group of muslims get attracted to these salafi groups.
my wife is designing the logo and other marketing material for them, and is more than willing to do the same for deobandi groups. but no one has approached her on this level. at the most it will be a website or a poster, but not a whole marketing drive like the salafis.
It isn't about marketing its merely about accepting advice from those who are capable of it. Deobandees believe that if you are not a graduate of a Darul-uloom then you are dirt beneath the shoes and your suggestions not worthy.
Conversely if you are a graduate of a Darul-uloom then you are an expert on Qur'aan, Hadeeth, Fiqh, Medicine, Geography, History, Mathematics, Architecture, Chemistry, Astro-Physics, Biology etc etc etc.
The Salafees just have no such hiccups; that's all.
Click on the first link I gave, then scroll down to the Qur'anic sciences course poster. Click on that and it will take you to THIS page with the course information. After that, click on "Add to Cart" button, then it will take you to another page where it tells you how much you will be charged (a grand total of $0.00 since the course is free), then scroll down and click "Proceed to Check out". Read the important rules written in purple, then scroll down and fill in necessary information and make an account. Easy, Alhamdulillah.
You have a little more than 8 days to register for the course, so Insha'Allah, don't delay. Also don't forget to convert the timings to your own time zone (if necessary), as the lessons are live.
So if this is a live session, that means we can have some live QA session?
Some of the courses have specified a QA session, but this one doesn't mention it in the course information. So you'll just have to wait and see.
Ugh I'm confused what to enroll...... aqeedah or Quranic sciences or Tazkiyyah or all of them, I just feel so greedy! O.O
I guess you can enroll in as many as you want as long as their timings don't conflict and you are sure you can catch live sessions with your daily schedule. I myself am looking forward to the Hadith Sciences course (hasn't been put up yet, soon insha'Allah).
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
