How the heck does one cough up a 'colorectal' tumor from ones 'lung'???!!!!

Colorectal=colon+rectum (large intestine)

Lol...!

Only reasonable explaination would be that, he had secondary metastasis(spread) of the colorectal tumour to his lungs and he coughed up a tumour from his lung.

Well you all are big hotshots in UK. We poor desis don't have central air-conditioning and rubberized roads. Neither do we have high speed internet like you chaps in UK nor uninterrupted power supply. I hope your Majesty isn't too traumatized by this Desi experience.

No idea, I'm just amazed that someone can cough up a tumour. Leave it to the experts, the rest of it just goes over my head.

I have spend enough time outside the Indian subcontinent in the Middle East to know what luxuries and facilities that never exist in Desi land. Been there done that.

For most of the people, the contempt and mocking of of ones Native land comes out of Kibr. There is good and bad in all places. Just because someone ended up living in a developed country doesn't mean anything. Do not forget about the japanese tsunamis and katrina hurricanes, Allah Ta'ala can turn everything upside down in a moment.

I checked the story out in a news website. It is mentioned that the Cancer spread to other parts of the body. So thats how he got tumour in his lung.

Even then to cough up a tumor is rare rare thing.

Its not like brother abu Mohammed to have a moan as far as Im concerned his agitation are most probably caused by unavailability of electricity due to timings.

In my opinion signs of MS withdrawal symptoms!

This is so true, Allah سبحانه وتعالى can make the possible, impossible and vice versa, we can never become complacent. Gratitude towards our Creator under all circumstances.

It's sad to see that it doesn't take long for the fatwa brigade to come out.

Comments were made lightly as a bit of banter, I worry about you guys some times that you takes life a bit too seriously, well don't because no one gets out alive anyway.

So go now and drink some lassi or some juice made from kerailay/karailay :D

What's so Islamic about Pakistan apart from the name ?? Otherwise that place is a dump.

People converted decades ago but they still hold tight to many of their Hindu ancestral roots.

Justice is unheard of there. People old enough to be my grandpa are treated like personal slaves. You're not safe there your own family ain't safe there. The place is such where everything can be bought.

Every desi or most people would love to come here or go abroad elsewhere. Many spend millions in the process, others resort to illegal methods and die in oil tankers and what not.

Banning YouTube or boycotting Facebook, or taking big rallies out for Milad is not Islam. Islam is about equality and justice something that's unheard of in Pakistan and other Muslim countries around the globe. Otherwise people would never leave their native home land.
