Once your on the advanced reply box, you will have option to 'choose file' under reply box, this option will take you into wherever your file is saved on pc/phone. Just upload chosen file.

Did you you use the software to take the screenshot? Check if you have changed any settings to resize the pic. Also if you were using gladwin screenshot software, you can actually take the screenshot of just the page instead of the whole screen.
After launching the software, Press F10(or the button which you have set), then the cursor will become a + sign. Draw a rectangle on part of the screen you want to include in the screenshot. After that just double click and the screenshot ll be automatically saved in the destination folder you have set.
Then you can upload the pics in tinypic.com .
While posting in Muftisays, Click on the Icon and paste the 'Direct Link for Layouts' mentioned in the tinypic.com page after you have uploaded the image.
