Salaamz, how are you all?

I dont know if i am on the right page & topic, but i was wondering if you could help.

Lately iv been thinkin about death & how much it fears me.

Also im feeling anxious & confused.

Is there any duas out there which i can pray?

& is it normal to feel like this?

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

We may not all speak, read and/or write Arabic, Urdu, Turkish or even English, or may speak any one of or all of these languages and others at varying degrees. Likewise, we don't all speak the language of computers as well as others. Language is more fluid than we think and our minds are more flexible than we give it credit. While some of us may use 'ppl' to represent 'people', this is now so common across the net that I think it is safe to say that it is now accepted as a 'word' and we need to recognize it as such and not be so harsh towards one another if others don't or can't use language precisely as we do or would like them to. Why limit others? We want to hear from all. If someone has a hard time understanding a specific concept or word, insha'Allah we will be kind enough to allow such an atmosphere where people aren't deterred from asking... we can ask for clarification insha'Allah. Insha'Allah we can both ask and respond in kindness.

At the same time, without other cues like tone and facial expressions, the reader relies so heavily on the words across the screen that we need to take care to see if it conveys the message to the best of our abilities. If we put ourselves in the shoes of another person who isn't privy to our thoughts, would they understand what is being said? We've taken the time to post it, lets take the time to review it too insha'Allah... nobody is perfect though so lets not be so hard on each other and assume the other person has reviewed it to the best of their abilities.

All things aside, we come from so many backgrounds but, alhamdulillah, we are united by ISLAM. So, insha'Allah lets not let little things get in the way of interfacing (more on this in the next hour or so... stay tuned insha'Allah).
