Well what do you think of it and did the iphone have this autotype thing? (even though it might be a bit slow)

Like the bro said, you don't have to use it

Welcome aboard. You use the keyboard? I normally use the mic to do my typing out...including this message.

When you use mic instead of keyboard, do you mean speak-to-text?

@Taalibah, keep hold down of your full stop and wait for Mic, just tried it too, first time. Not bad man. But I'm sure the iPhone can do that.

This sentence below will be from the speech to text:

Well it worked, but I said it the wrong way round.

Sorry, too noisy here for further speech to text.

Via speak-to-text: Not really had time a to experiment with that featurelol how cool is that after tooth it on this messagethis is really awesome I should do and definitely use again

really impressiveI just tried it above, which I think needs a translation, not bad for first time. I would have to be careful though because I'm sure I speak different to how I write.

I fear I've either scared jinn away and he is gone into hiding with his new phone out of embarrassment (into a lamp) or he is in shock!

Jinn, where are you?

We seek him here we seek him there, (i don't know the rest)

it's quite helpful, but not accurate. after speech to text you require keyboard editing for sure .

He's probably busy with his new phone. Takes a while to adapt to a new phone especially when your changing from a different make, all the settings are different, takes time to get to know your way around. We'll hear from him pretty soon إن شاء الله

I have used the speak to text feature to send short messages quite often and found it very useful and quick.
I have also used it on google now and have been quit impressed, 2 gos and it searched 'What time in maghrib in Leicester today?' accurately

Anyway I really should get back to doing interview preparation...please make dua it goes well on Tues morning.

Wasalam

السلام عليكم akhii

HTC is a good phone and blows apple out of the water in nearly every aspect. I really liked it but it also slowed me down with its too many options, maybe that's due to the fact that I'm not fully used to it, but doing my day to stuff on there was taking ages. Whether a HTC is for me or not for me I don't really know to be honest, so after using it for a bit I decided to give it to my wife instead, who's loving it right now :p

I've gone back to my iPhone, however I might decide to get myself one in the future and play about with it more when I have a bit more time to figure out things properly. Wonderful though no doubt and I can see why you guys love it.

You still ain't seen nothing yet.

Tell your wife to check out the HTC website to see all those great functions. You guys will be amazed, especially for the HTC One.

Here's the thing. IPhone is only icons and apps, Android is a lot more.

Believe you me, the only 1 thing Apple has that's better than the HTC is the revenue!

Now you realize that Apple is not so much of a smart phone!

Can you imagine, we've been using these phones for about 10 years plus.
