just need some advice with the htc desire s, first time ive gone onto listen to live bayan this evening on www.idauk.org via the phone, couldnt access the live talk via the selection of 6 streams, downloaded realplayer even then i couldnt access the live talk. was wasting alot of time, then just had to access it via the laptop. just wanted to know if its possible to access the live talk via the handset or if i need to download a specific app or whether its just not possible on this handset?

Tune-in has worked better for me, unfortunately I can't say anything about any other radio station but MSNS works really well on it. You can find it in one the last few pages of the Android apps page, inshaAllah.

Anyone heard of Googles next venture. We all know Android is Google's, so look what could be coming soon.

Search for Project Glass, be amazed. (for the others, they can wait for iGlass and sync only with iTunes, LOL)

Lol, I've heard of this, imagine using the google glasses then walking into lamp posts, trees, people, etc. Endless features.

Anyway been told its not going to be how I've described it, but it must be a distraction, its bad enough now adays seeing people looking like they talking to themselves, now we'll have everyone interacting with the invisible, spooky!

Here's my order (from half experience)

1. Android
2. Windows
3. Blackberry
4. Apple
5. Nokia

I must say though that with certain tools that people make (to jailbreak etc), iphone really aint that bad after. But I agree, extremely limited nonetheless

Windows isn't too bad.

When I moved from Windows to Android, I missed the task manager the most. Then I got used to it and Android eventually added task manager too.

My brother still prefers Windows simply because he can sync/send his sms via outlook. brilliant stuff, but for me, I don't text.
