If you can replicate the fault at the same store you got it from, they should just replace the handset. I've just checked a few forums with other handset (mixed brands) with a similar issue.
I think you are, but that's the first question they will ask you.
Secondly, does the charge signal come on?
Because when you are browsing, the charge rate is reduced whilst browsing or during heavy usage, this is common.
You will also find that when GPS is being used, (eg during satnav, "Navfree") a message will pop up saying that your phone is consuming more power than the charge rate. This is also common with "smartphones"
When I use a different charger for my phone and not the original one, a popup displays saying that the phone will charge at a slower rate, so please use the original one that came with the phone, smart!
People will be able to pay in a cheque by sending a smartphone image of it to their bank under Government proposals to bolster the long-term future of the payment method.
The Government described cheques as a "crucial" part of the British payments landscape and plans could cut the length of time it takes to process a cheque payment from six days currently to just two days.
Barclays plans to pilot technology to enable people to scan cheques using a smartphone or tablet early next year.
British banks to accept photos of cheques through smartphones, says UK Treasury
Almost four years late to the game, British banks will soon accept photos of cheques captured via smartphones, reducing the processing time from six to two days, according to the UK Treasury.
Banks like JP Morgan Chase in the US have accepted and processed photos of cheques since 2010. Specifically, Chase customers are allowed to whip out their smartphone, then open the Chase mobile app, snap a picture of a cheque, deposit the amount, and be on their merry way.
The UK has long-opposed this functionality, however, with British banks having the legal right to see physical cheques before accepting and processing them. However, the UK government is now ready to embrace electronic cheques. It passed a new law called Check 21 that makes electronic cheques perfectly legal.
"We want to see more innovation so that customers see the benefits of new technologies," said Financial Secretary Sajid Javid to the BBC. He also admitted the Treasury wants cheques to still have a crucial role in the ongoing success of the UK.

Can anyone recommend a reliable broadband provider which provides an honest customer service. We were with O2, which we had no issues with but O2 got taken over by sky. Sky broadband service is very poor, so is it's customer care.
We were considering BT, but Ofcom showed BT to more complained about, above Sky.
We've been with them for years. No landline requirements.
Get quotes first and then compare them.
Each individual has their own experience with each product. Any network you go with, will most definitely be via BT as they own the whole network of cables. Except for Virgin media. They have their own network and are independent.
Virgin media also have the fastest internet connection (or they did at the time I checked)
Make sure you get a wireless router too, whoever you go with.

I too was with O2 and was worried when Sky took over their broadband business. I waited a while whilst some friends moved over and when there were some good deals to be had (7.50/ month for broadband and free basic phoneline for 12 months) I switched over. I have been with them for just under two months now and alhumdulillah so far so good. I havent had to speak with CS much, but they have been easy to get hold of and helpful on the 2 occassions I have spoken to them.
In a nutshell, my friend's experience and mine has been positive so far with Sky broadband.
Hope that helps

جزاك الله خيرا We are already with Sky, since the take over from 02, WiFi service has been of really poor quality, got not no idea, maybe its the area were living in ... Speed is slow, occassionaly cutting out completely. Not too bad for myself as I'm able to switch to unlimited phone data, but difficult for the rest of the family.
Test the broadband speed whilst connected to router via cable. If the speed is ok, try changing the WiFi channel? There's an app called WiFi analyser in the play store that can help you find least congested channel in your area.
Alhumdulillah our speed has been unaffected by switch over to sky, but this was my main concern about joining them...theres a lot of bad feedback about this when I last checked online
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
