The Iphone 5 is the most sophisticated iphone ever,

even if it cant do simple things because as the satatement clearly says,

most sophisticated iphone ever

It didnt say most sophisticated smart phone ever....

So no ones falling in to any trap.

Personally I like the S3 and the Iphone but would always prefer the Iphone because of the quality. The S3 is plastic and cheapy looking.

If im paying through the nose i want it to atleast look the "part" for its price tag.

Like i said previously, Mercedez Benz any day of the week over a Vauxhall, even if i cant drive it for 2 weeks in the year when it snows. =)

The one thing I like about the iPhone is quality, TOP Quality product, but unfortunately very fragile at the same time.

It's taken me 27 pages to make a point about its price and Alhumdulillah, you've done it more eloquently in just two posts.

Over priced and paying through the nose.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a person who wants quality too.

Allah has given permission to spend, so I like to have my collection of quality, but at the same time wouldn't buy something if there is a better alternative. At the end of the day, its a matter of personal preferences.

The new iPhone 5 is slick, smooth and nice to hold, but why would I buy it if I STILL can't have widgets, STILL can't have custom ringtones, STILL can't Bluetooth, STILL need a PC/iTunes, STILL can't store data, STILL.....

So what has the New iPhone got to offer?
An extra row of Apps, well last year, I posted an app that allowed Android users to have custom size/number of Apps on the screen.

But we do not want to do these things, you only got an Iphone cos it was given to you, so its fair to say "you didnt buy one".

And you cant stay "still" because its never been in the roadmap for Apple to do these things.

Why dont you moan about the following things..............

My car STILL does not fly,

My car STILL does not drive on hemp water,

My car STILL does not autopark

My car STILL does not have rear cameras

Because the car manufacturer does not have these feature in their roadmap. and havnt ever promised these things for you to turn around and say STILL.

If this was a politician then yes you can say, you promised me this and that and STILL you havent delivered.

Actually, I drove a car yesterday that auto parks and has a rear and front view camera. This is becoming a common feature.

So that's only two left. Almost there mate....But can any other car fly?

However the things iPhone can't do, others can.

Every iPhone enthusiast anticipates that the next iPhone WILL do this that and the other, but when the TOP Secret phone is released, they ponder as why the iPhone STILL can't do what others have been able to do for decades.

That's the point I'm making about STILL.

The current iPhone, was given to me. But the truth is that I DID BUY ONE BEFORE, so that argument is not valid.

AMD deal brings Android apps to Windows 8

Some Windows 8 laptops and PCs could end up running more Android apps than ones written for Microsoft's software.

Gadgets built around chips made by AMD will come optimised to run the Android apps.

A collaboration between AMD and software firm Bluestacks lets the devices run the 500,000 apps more usually found on Android phones.

By contrast, Microsoft reportedly only has a few thousand apps written specifically for Windows 8 at launch.

The Android apps will be available on Windows 8 devices via AMD's AppZone player. Inside this is code from Bluestacks that acts as a wrapper around the mobile phone programs so they can run on desktops, laptops and tablets.

AMD has made changes to the core code that runs its processors and graphics cards to ensure apps built for the small screens on mobile phones look good and run well on larger displays.

Android apps to run on Apple Macs via Bluestacks program

Owners of Android smartphones now have a way to run their favourite apps on an Apple Mac computer. Start-up Bluestacks has produced a software wrapper that lets the phone apps run on a desktop Apple machine. The release follows an earlier software tool that helped Android apps make the jump from a phone to a Windows PC. Bluestacks said the software was for people that wanted a consistent experience with their favourite apps, no matter where they used them.

When one has to go out and buy an iPhone as part of his work, does he;

1: feel embarrassed and hides his shame

2: hides his expensive items

Or

3: both of the above?

By the way, the picture is real. I took it myself. Those two cost 1198.00

Daylight robbery, considering they charge like 150 more for the privilege up grading the memory. All they had to do is have a microSD slot and upgrade or downgrade as and when you like. But no, they need to make billions.

I'm so glad I didn't buy them for myself.
