Jazakallah, that made me laugh. Actually I got a thumbs up from the last time i said that, and it was to you.

As I'm always updating my family with News from Makkah, and as they are going for Haj this year, InshaAllah, I said I have the latest advancement for the pilgrims, then I showed them this image. It was worth the laugh.

My brother got back from Hajj recently, and he said he remembered this photo when he saw a whole groups slippers tied together with a rope.

He said it was a shame he didn't have his camera to add the picture here.

Stolen shoes? Some shia must have sneaked in!

One day Imam Abu Hanifa رضي الله عنه had a debate with a shia. Imam Sahib picked up his shoes, he didnt leave them at the door of the Masjid. The shia asked, "Abu Hanifa, why did you pick up your shoes?" Imam Sahib replied, "Because in the time of the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) the Shia used to steal the shoes of the Muslims." The shia said to Imam Abu Hanifa, "You're a liar, in the time of the Prophet there were no Shia."

Imam Abu Hanifa رضي الله عنه replied, "This has defeated your purpose. You are a newly invented matter, every newly invented matter is a bid'ah, every bid'ah is a going astray, and every going astray leads to the hell-fire."

Within minutes, Imam Sahib destroyed him in a debate!
