anyway the actual riddle goes like this:

"I am greater than God and more evil than the devil. The rich need me.
The poor have me. What am I?

As the first line is rather shocking I left it out.
It would have made the riddle even more easier!

Salaams,

Heres another one,so shahly can take part 8).

Two men and two women stand on a riverbank. They would like to get on the other side with a boat. Unfortunately, the boat can only carry as much as two people.

The 4 people can not cross the river at the same speed. One women is able to cross it in 5 minutes and the other in 10. The men can cross it in 20 and 25 minutes. (This means that if a men is in the boat, the minimum cross time - one way - will be 20 minutes.)

How can they cross the river in one hour ?

I can get them to cross the river in 65 mins,
like this:

man (25 mins) and woman (5 mins) go across-----------------that takes 25mins
woman (5 mins) comes back with boat -------------------------that takes 5 mins
man (20 mins) and woman (5 mins) go across------------------that takes 20 mins
woman (5 mins) comes back with boat -------------------------that takes 5 mins
woman (10mins)and woman (5mins) go across----------------that takes 10 mins

everyone is across but the total time taken is--------------------65 mins!!!!!!!

I'm going wrong somewhere.........................

let's leave this one 4 shahly shall we??????????????????

Come on people its not that hard, bint Mohammed is only 5 mins ova so it shouldn take long for someone to figure it out.

I was almost certain it was not possible..

5 minute woman crosses with 10 minute woman = 10
5 minute woman returns = 5
Total = 15

2 men cross = 25
Total = 40 (15+25)

The 10 minute woman comes back (This is what didn't cross our minds)
Total = 50

Both women cross = 10 minutes

Total = 60
