This is a difficult one, i agree.The answer is in a hadith.The two drops are tears but which two tears..... I shall leave the rest to you.

The Prophet said, 'There is nothing more beloved to Allah than two drops and two marks: A tear shed due to fear of Allah, and a drop of blood spilled in the path of Allah. And as for the two marks, then a mark caused in the path of Allah, and a mark caused by fulfilling one of the duties made obligatory by Allah." (Hasan - collected by at-Tirmidhee and al-Mishkaat: 3837)

just a reminder (you are probably not doing this anyway)

if the work pays you for 2 hours and does not allow you to go on the internet then you should not

however if the work do then it is ok

i think i read a good article on this but i cant find it
