As a final note, gender bashing is a western creation and a thing from the days of Jaahiliyyah (ignorance/pre-Islam). Just thought I'd add this here in case the above is taken seriously.

I make a shopping list and then the location of the items are in my head, price comparisons are in my head (googled before) so I am in and out of shopping in like 5 minutes.

If I see something cheap, I look at the price and if I can google it I defer the shopping otherwise I use my phone to compare the deal.

My mother takes ages, all my Sisters etc take ages. My mother and other women REFUSE to take me shopping and if I go they tell me to sit in the car or go somewhere and pick them backup. Very rarely do I get taken they simply REFUSE to take me UNTIL they need me for bargain hunting or negotiating in Foreign lands etc. : - )

My wife makes a list and buys what she wants and from where she wants so no issues otherwise she asks me and I get it.

Women are just so annoying they have no system of making decisions and take forever!!!

The other places which I HATE are:

Weddings

Waleema

Iftaar Parties

Aqeeqahs etc.

Because in 5 minutes I am like "What do I do?" I am wasting my time here I could have done X Y Z

I went to a Masjid once (for Asar) and there was an old really Senior Alim from India and the whole Masjid was insisting on taking Hazrat to their house.

I walked through the Masjid and he said, “I will go with this boy...”

I said, “I can’t because I am busy”.

Hazrat said, “I will just drink a cup of tea...”

I said, “I don’t drink tea...”

I refused to take him and he kept insisting...

My brother in law and everybody else who was sitting there begging Hazrat (RA) looked at me like they were going to EAT ME ALIVE!

To this day the entire family remembers that and says, “He is the SHAMELESS person who refused an old Shaykh who kept  insisting on coming with him because that wasn’t part of his plan”

I was 17/18 at the time and it is sort of embarrasing but I told Hazrat (RA) point blank that I have an appointment and you don't fit in!
