Three Questions.

Asalamlikum All.

I received a text message on my phone asking 3 questions.

Here are the questions below.

Q1...phansi ka time fajar k baad or suraj nikalna se pehle fix kia gya hai?kisi or time pe phansi Q nahi detey?

Q2...woh kon si cheez hai jo aap k pas ho toh nikah nahi ho sakta Aur na ho toh janaza nahi ho sakta?

Q3...Agar larki ki lash milay toh kaisay pata chalay ga k yeh muslim hai k none-muslim?

I THINK i know 2 answers but not sure about the 3rd..
please can any one can help?.

please dont laugh.

i thought first one is because the angels change duties at that time........silly but thats what i thought.

second i thought...if your kafar(no iman),nikah cant take place and if you got no imaan janzah cant take place..dont laugh.
3rd i have my doubts..wont say anything yet.

1. Possiblities:
-Courtesy to the one being hanged so he doesn't have to wait all day for his fate
-Also, so burial arrangements can be done same day
-Some religious rulings I think (bible)

2. According to the questions, it's probably Kufr

3. Sounds like a silly question so i'll say, check their facebook page (quite sickening how much muslim sisters put on facebook about themselves).

Number 1, So that one could spend all night in prayers and ask forgiveness from Allah. One can stay up for Tahjjud all night (and make up for some Qaza Salah, just kidding)

Number 2, I think it is a living Muslim Husband.

Number 3, Not Sure But....

If it is a Muslim Country, there will be no need to check and this question would not arise.

If it is a Non-Muslim Country, then the clothing will give a clue or the marks of Salah.

In this day and age in a non Muslim country every one has some form of identity or someone will report a female missing.

If women inspect the body, they can check if the Pubic hair has been removed or not, as non Muslims would not do so. (I think).

If a Muslim woman has a living Muslim Husband, then she cant do another Nikkah, if he is alive, then you cant do his Janazah, this is what i meant above, but my Indopak is not very good, I may have misunderstood the Q's

Answer to number 2 could be LAASH, Dead Body.

You cant make Nikkah with a dead body, and you cant do Janazah without one either.

I hope this is Islamic, as is the question posed to Abu Hanifa;

The txt starts like this,

Yeh 3 question hain agar app in k sahi jawab deh toh umeed ki ja sakti hai k app CSS ka exam pas krsktay hain,,,, and the the 3 questions.

please dont ask me what CSS means because i dont know....
maybe this is a prank,i dont know. but its got me thinking all the time.

CSS in site design terms is a stylesheet for formatting HTML (cascading stylesheets) but seriously doubt it's for passing that.

I think in this case it's CSS (Civil Services) of Pakistan.

Overall,
1) Doesn't have a proper specific and accurate answer Islamically as far as I know

2) I thought "Laash" too but couldn't think of the English word for it till I read the question again and again and figured "Kufr" goes best with it. With Kufr there's no Nikaah (Wa Laa tunkihul Mushrikeen - Qur'aan Aayah) and with Kufr there's no Janaazah (with Salaah)

3) Seriously does not have an answer. There's no difinitive way of knowing.

I don't think it's a prank, I think it's just 'one of those' texts that seem to spread faster than gossip

1.After dawn date change ho jati hai aur judge ki di hui date bhi badal jati hai to us k baad phansi nahi ho sakti isliye pehlay waqt par phansi de detay hain.
2.zindagi na ho to nikah nahi hota agar ho to janazah nahi hota so answer is "ZINDAGI".
3.sorry 3rd ka answre mujhe nahi aata.
