In the middle of a pool floats a water-lily. Every day, the water-lily doubles in size. After 20 days, the lily covers the entire pool. After how many days was the pool half covered?

As it doubles in size each day, after the pool's half covered, it would take one more day to cover the other half (the entire pool). Hope you get that.
