Who Am I?

E.g. it could be put as:

I am a spiritual disease
Only one can legally possess me
When Ibless possessed me, I destroyed him
Who am I?

 I am 1st in order = First to be revealed.

96th in order = 96th in the order of the Qur'aan.

I have 19 bits = surah consists of 19 ayaat.

When i came, I was not known = When Jibra'eel [as] came dow n with the wahi the prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam did not know it.

After being embraced, i was shown = Jibraeel [as] embraced Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam 3 times  after which it flowed naturally from the prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam's mouth.

I teach how to startI teach who created, I teach what man was created from  = Ayah 1 + 2 ; Read! in the name of your lord who created. Who created man from a clot of blood.

I teach what man knew not = Ayah 5 He taught man what he did not know.
