These include an improved online application system for international pilgrims, stricter health and safety protocols, and expanded accommodations to handle the large number of pilgrims. Priority is often given to first-time pilgrims to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity. In addition, only approved Hajj tour operators are authorized to manage travel arrangements, ensuring safety and compliance with Saudi regulations. The Saudi government aims to provide a safe and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience for all Muslims.
