Its the two dished that put me off from eating.
I have been meaning to eat Nihari for many years missing it a lot :-)

Its brilliant stuff bro unfortunately many women cook with the wrong meat. It needs to be cooked with the muscle meat so its firbrous. And there should be a Fatwa against:
How can someone eat Chicken Qeema? Chicken is not meant to have Qeema!!! Or Nihari out of it!!!

Is This Nihari? (got it off the internet)
That leaves

I cant stand bones like these, I feel sick and the cause of it was my trip to India when I was a kid, the Paya they had made, still had all the hair on the bone, yuk.

This is not Nihari...Its not supposed to have any bones and its made from calf musceles of the cow so the meat is very fibrous. You need special meat for it as it cant be made from ordinary meat

This is Nihari with the right meat and Nihar means "Early Morning" so its meant to be eaten for breakfast....

Asslamo Allaikum,
Does any one eat Shark steak, where do we get them cheap in UK? Best lean meat in the business, no fat...

Brother, i have the exact same feeling too! I cant stand long, bones, and i believe that paya is feet! Like who would like to eat feet but however our dislikes can be a person's likes!

I don't like Paya either...

So does that mean nihari has absolutely no bones at all? But what if you add paya to it, would it then have bones?
