Back to the topic.

In the heat it is a good idea to splash a bit of water on the bend of your arms (the opposite sides of the elbow). Try this before washing any other part of the arms or face, it feels very refreshing. Very useful for the children too, especially when they are out playing.

My dad never liked it and everytime my mum made it, he would say Nee Hari, to mean its not nice in Gujarati.

Its brilliant stuff bro unfortunately many women cook with the wrong meat. It needs to be cooked with the muscle meat so its firbrous. And there should be a Fatwa against:

  1. Chicken Qeema
  2. Chicken Nihari

How can someone eat Chicken Qeema? Chicken is not meant to have Qeema!!! Or Nihari out of it!!!

That leaves

I cant stand bones like these, I feel sick and the cause of it was my trip to India when I was a kid, the Paya they had made, still had all the hair on the bone, yuk.

This is Nihari with the right meat and Nihar means "Early Morning" so its meant to be eaten for breakfast....

Brother, i have the exact same feeling too! I cant stand long,bones, and i believe that paya is feet! Like who would like to eat feet but however our dislikes can be a person's likes!
