About Alimah Z. Rashid
Alimah Z. Rashid was born and raised in Lahore and received her Bsc with Honors in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). She began her pursuit of classical Islamic learning at Zaynab Academy studying Quran, Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, Usul al-Fiqh, and Arabic under traditional scholars, and has completed the Dars-e-Nizami course. Since the past three years, she has been teaching different subjects, including Qur’an, Hadith, Arabic and Fiqh at Zaynab Academy. She also delivers talks on purification of the heart and drawing closer to Allah سبحانه وتعالى. She is currently, the Coordinator of the English Classical Islamic Learning (Alimah) Program at ZAO.
