Sounds good, but to be honest, I wouldnt want a bank worker mentoring my kids. We have a hard job bringing up children and explaining to them the Do's and Don'ts of life. We explain to them why it is Haram to work at certain places etc, how our food is Haram if our income is Haram etc etc. I am not saying that there income is Haram. I am not a scholar or knowledgable to pass judgment, just that the name points out like a sore thumb, regardless of the job title. Not a very wise choice. Allah knows best.
